Resource Development – share the cost and expertise in developing and enhancing online content and tools

Data Collection – share the cost and expertise in collecting, collating, analyzing, reporting, and using data solicited from various sources including, but not limited to, student success and student voice; using aforementioned data in measuring success and determining directives

Research, Development, and Training – share the cost and expertise in researching, developing, and training stakeholders in proven approaches to effective online instruction and assessment

Quality Assurance – share the costs and expertise in the review and assessment of policies, procedures, guidelines, processes, approaches, best practices, tools, and resources

Advocacy – sound a common voice that identifies and effectively addresses issues related to legislation, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices, funding, staffing, and curriculum in the interest of serving students effectively
