The OeLC is a consortium of publicly funded school boards from all parts of Ontario. As the provincially identified provider of the seat reservation system for publicly funded English-language education in Ontario, the OeLC is uniquely positioned to support the online learning teams of its member boards.
More than “just a seat reservation system,” the OeLC fosters a professional learning community dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and the continuous improvement of online learning.
As a leader in Ontario’s online learning landscape, the OeLC will continue to provide opportunities for members to share expertise, celebrate successes, and strengthen collective capacity at all levels of education.

The OeLC shares a registration / communication / tracking / reporting system, known as PRISM, to which all member boards and their respective staff involved in eLearning programming (e.g., administrators, managers, coordinators, and teachers) and student registration (e.g., registrars and guidance counsellors) have access.
